Ehhh. Probably not for kids or if your scared. we were going top speed and still couldn't keep up at times and almost flew off into ocean. They really want u to keep up with them so I don't think going to slow is an option but they guides are very accommodating. They want everyone to have fun and feel safe so maybe call. I would highly recommend this company though
